1.Pemain yang dpt kad merah sebelum Permainan di mulakan boleh diganti dengan pemain simpanan.

Pertanyaan saya, adakah pasukan itu dah dianggap telah melakukan satu pertukaran dengan penggantian tersebut atau tetap dianggap belum melakukan pertukaran lagi?

Jawapan Translate:- Player being send-off before start of the game can be replaced by the Substitute player..Right!!

Question :- Does the team concern already making any substitute with substitute player or have not made any subs.

ANSWER:- YES..The player need to be send-off. And the team still eligible of having normal substituition according to the of the game. The substitute player must be named player in the list. This only can be doned before the game start.

2. Seorang pemain yang berada dalam padang telah meludah pemain simpanan pihak lawan yang duduk di bangku simpanan ketika bola dalam permainan.

Translate:- Player in the field of play spit the opponent substitute player who sit at bench / technical area when the ball still in play. What action shall the referee take.?

ANSWER:- YES..The player need to be send-off. The restart will depend where the stoppage of the play. If the Referee stop play the restart will be direct kick to the opposing team where it last stop. If the incident occurred during the ball out of play or stoppage of play, resume as it is.eg throw-in, corner or goal kick or

Jawapan:Pemain yang meludah mesti di Perintah Keluar Padang dan Tunjukkan Kad Merah. Jika permainan di berhentikan ketika bola dalam Permainan maka permainan di mulakan semula dengan SEPAKAN PERCUMA TERUS ke pehak lawan. Jika bola di luar permainan maka permainan perlu di mulakan mengikut keadaan SEMASA.
